Little Felted Balls and Beads

I learned how to needle felt these little balls after a short demonstration from my neighbor Mary. I wanted to use them as beads for necklaces and bracelets, but decided they also looked good as decorative items on my kitchen table. Take a look below.

Meine Nachbarin Mary hat mir gezeigt wie man Filzperlen mit einer Filznadel herstellt. Ich wollte die kleinen Bälle eigentlich für Schmuck, habe aber festgestellt, dass sie sich auch gut als dekorative Artikelchen machen. 

 

For this dangle charm, I adorned the yellow felt bead with sewed on red seed beads.

Für diesen Taschenbaumler habe ich die gelbe Filzperle mit  kleinen roten Glasperlen bestickt.
